Anyone is invited to participate. It is a grass-roots organization asking people who care about animals to come to a meeting once a month, perhaps join a committee to fight animal abuse and neglect in whatever way moves them, send e-mails, letters, make a phone call when an important issues arise, to speak up for the animals, who cannot speak for themselves.
